چکیده
Background: Soybean rust caused by Phakopsora pachyrhizi Syd. is one of the major constraints in production soybean. Nanotechnology a new scientific approach that includes use materials and equipment capable using physical chemical properties substance at molecular level to explore biological material worlds nanometer-scale it various carriers from medicine agriculture. has emerged as most innovative field Among synthesis methods, green nanoparticles widely used researchers because simple, convenient, eco-friendly requires less reaction time. Methods: The chitosan based zinc oxide (Ch-ZnONPs), pomegranate aril sulphur (PA-SNPs) silver (PA-AgNPs) were synthesised, characterised evaluated under vitro conditions against soybean pustules. Result: maximum per cent spore inhibition 70.25, 74.70 86.68 over control was recorded Ch-ZnONPs (1250 ppm), PA-SNPs (2000 ppm) PA-AgNPs (500 respectively.

Molecular Characterization of Resistance to Soybean Rust (Phakopsora pachyrhizi Syd. & Syd.) in Soybean Cultivar DT 2000 (PI 635999)
Resistance to soybean rust (SBR), caused by Phakopsora pachyrhizi Syd. & Syd., has been identified in many soybean germplasm accessions and is conferred by either dominant or recessive genes that have been mapped to six independent loci (Rpp1 -Rpp6), but No U.S. cultivars are resistant to SBR. The cultivar DT 2000 (PI 635999) has resistance to P. pachyrhizi isolates and field populations from t...
متن کاملProteomic analysis of germinating urediniospores of Phakopsora pachyrhizi, causal agent of Asian soybean rust.
Phakopsora pachyrhizi is an obligate pathogen that causes Asian soybean rust. Asian soybean rust has an unusually broad host range and infects by direct penetration through the leaf cuticle. In order to understand the early events in the infection process, it is important to identify and characterize proteins in P. pachyrhizi. Germination of the urediniospore is the first stage in the infection...
متن کاملDevelopment of simple sequence repeat markers for the soybean rust fungus, Phakopsora pachyrhizi.
Twenty-four simple sequence repeat markers were developed for Phakopsora pachyrhizi, a fungal pathogen of soybean (Glycine max) and other legumes. All 24 of the loci were evaluated on 28 isolates of P. pachyrhizi. Twenty-one loci were polymorphic, with allelic diversity ranging from two to eight alleles, and null alleles were observed for eight of the 24 loci. A preliminary screen with the clos...
متن کاملExpressed sequence tag analysis of the soybean rust pathogen Phakopsora pachyrhizi.
Soybean rust is caused by the obligate fungal pathogen Phakopsora pachyrhizi Sydow. A unidirectional cDNA library was constructed using mRNA isolated from germinating P. pachyrhizi urediniospores to identify genes expressed at this physiological stage. Single pass sequence analysis of 908 clones revealed 488 unique expressed sequence tags (ESTs, unigenes) of which 107 appeared as multiple copie...
متن کاملMolecular characterization of beta-tubulin from Phakopsora pachyrhizi, the causal agent of Asian soybean rust
β-tubulins are structural components of microtubules and the targets of benzimidazole fungicides used to control many diseases of agricultural importance. Intron polymorphisms in the intron-rich genes of these proteins have been used in phylogeographic investigations of phytopathogenic fungi. In this work, we sequenced 2764 nucleotides of the β-tubulin gene (Pp tubB) in samples of Phakopsora pa...
